I bought it less than a year ago and there has been no news for half a year.

How is your question related to the post?
So you work on 8K all the time, but not on older ones.
mcbluna has no direct connection to Zidoos dev team, if you want to report bugs for the older models report them on the forum or contact zidoo directly.
There will be more updates for the previous gen, but don’t expect more than one a year and only 2 or 3 in total moving forward.
