My first media player was the NTV550, then I used an
A5 for two years, bought a
Z9S about 4 years ago due to the UHD ISO support and became a huge fan of
.
I founded more than 3 years ago because I want to share my knowledge with you. I keep track of the latest
firmware and apps and provide you with the links and alternative downloads.
The average annual amount over the past three years to provide you with a server of reasonable speed is around €500. Development of the testbed started with the Z9S that I already owned. A few months later, I added a used X9S from
for €90 and a refurbished
from
for €140.

In order to provide you with further updates of my modified home theater app for the older devices and to keep updating my Home Theater DB Tool, I need one device of each generation for testing purposes.
Generation | Year | Model | CPU | OS |

Recently, I bricked the player trying to update Magisk to the latest version, which broke the bootloader. I had to buy another refurbished one from
for €140.
To keep up with the latest development, I would like to add a Z9X Pro to the testbed. Please consider a donation to support
